User Experience Enhancements
Super-charging emails and syncing across the MoxiWorks Platform
MoxiEngage
What changed?
- We’re continuing to work toward MoxiEngage CRM being the single-source-of-truth for an agent’s database, eliminating dependency we currently have on a single email address sync with Google or Microsoft.
- MoxiEngage will still sync with an agent’s address book and other sources for leads.
Why this matters…
- This gives agents the power of choice in choosing to import or sync, and keep a clean book of business.
- This also gives brokerages the power of choice when selecting an email/virtual workspace provider
Timing
We’re looking to achieve the final phase of this project by end of the third quarter 2024. Phase 1 was completed in the first quarter. Phase 2 includes updates to how sync can be stopped and restarted at an agent and company level. Phase 3 will include updates to additional account data like calendars, tasks, groups, and tags.
Protecting responsible ActivePipe users from deliverability issues
What will change?
As ActivePipe continues to grow in popularity across real estate agents, it’s MoxiWorks’ duty to protect you from folks using our product unethically and risking affecting your digital reputation.
We’re continuing to update our “Bad Sender” auditing and policies to protect our users from getting flagged as spam. For users that end up with poor reputation scores, we’re updating our requirements for how to “get off the naughty list.”
Why this matters…
Emails sent out from platforms like MoxiEngage or ActivePipe, despite being sent from an individual user’s account, go through a larger sending application — think of it like everyone’s packages going out through the post office. When sending something, you’re required to abide by rules and regulations. When you don’t, the sending application can decide to ban any email you try to send — and worse, any emails sent from the same organization (say all the agents you work with in your brokerage). Yikes.
Customer Support will notify users if they’ve misused the product and give steps for resolution.
Timing
Continuous review, but we wanted to remind everyone that this is an important ongoing part of maintaining ActivePipe.
Marketing enhancements to find more leads!
MoxiPromote
Blueprint and Dashboard Changes
- Quick start menu now shows the most popular and commonly purchased ad types. Ad types now have visual samples to make it easier to understand the ad’s objective like creating a carousel or promoting your own brand.
New Quick Automation Options
- You’ll notice some Ad types have “Quick Automation” buttons, making it easier to setup recurring ads for your listings right from the dashboard.
- Additional Assets available — stock photo libraries have been updated!
Simplifying MoxiImpress workflows for posting to social media
What is changing?
MoxiImpress will be updating the user interface to simplify posting marketing center content to social media. Instead of multiple publish buttons per social media service, we’ll unify that workflow into one process, allowing the user to then select the final destination.
Why this matters…
Often, the same content needs to be published to more than one social channel and having multiple publish buttons can get complicated for MoxiImpress users.
Timing
This work is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2024.
Adjustments to Automated Marketing Guide Emails
What is changing?
Updating MoxiImpress Automated Marketing Guides verbiage when a listing is removed or missing from a data feed.
Why this matters…
Not all listing data feeds are created equal (despite recommendations from organizations like RESO). MoxiWorks does our best to interpret hundreds of data feeds to create the best experience for all of our users. Some data providers use listing statuses like SOLD, CLOSED, or CANCELED; other data providers simply remove non-live listings from the feed altogether. For some agents, it became confusing when they would receive a “Just Sold” marketing guide from MoxiImpress when the listing had actually been canceled or just made pending. To combat confusion, we’re updating the triggered marketing guide at this stage to help guide agents to their resources, without creating a heart-attack inducing moment thinking their listing is being marketed incorrectly.
Timing
This work is scheduled to be completed in the Q2 2024.
Enhancements to admin tools and content distribution
MoxiPresent admin-to-admin content sharing
What is changing?
We’re adding the ability for MoxiPresent Presentation Admin content to be shared between admin levels.
Why this matters…
For example, a brokerage creates a new presentation template that includes pages around affiliated businesses, partners, promotions, as well as pages that local offices should personalize. The admins at local offices can then edit these templates and share it with the agents within their office — giving agents a truly localized version they can share with prospects and clients.
Timing
This work is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2024.
MoxiWebsites — SEO Improvements and Management
YoastSEO Upgrade Options + Additional SEO support
What is changing?
Nothing, technically. MoxiWebsites users still get the same YoastSEO plugin features as always. However, new additional services are now available from Yoast and will be made available inside of MoxiWebsites should an agent wish to upgrade. Additionally, we’ll be supporting other SEO plugins for MoxiWebsites, giving users the power of choice in how they want to manage their content.
Why this matters…
Yoast continues to be a leader in best practices for search engine optimization and MoxiWebsites is grateful to be supported by their work. By opening the doors up to other best-in-class SEO plugins, we’re giving users the opportunity to choose. And that is what MoxiWorks is all about.
Timing
Coming soon! We’re looking to provide the Yoast update by the end of the second quarter.
Simplifying support for migrating sites, changing default domain names, and SSL certificates
What is changing?
We’re working on updating the MoxiWebsites user interface to streamline getting started. We’ll specifically be looking at key friction points like custom domain names, migrating sites, and SSL certificates and how we can make these steps easier for brokerages and agents alike.
Why this matters…
Getting your website up and running, or moving to a new provider, can be make-or-break on driving leads for your business. We get it, and want to alleviate this major stress point.
Timing
This project will be ongoing through the second and third quarters of 2024.
Compliance
Updated MoxiEngage Neighborhood News landing pages
What will change?
A small change, but important none the less. Office phone numbers will be added to landing pages for MoxiEngage Neighborhood News.
Why this matters…
This complies with local and national advertising regulations to protect consumers.
Timing
This work is scheduled to be completed at the end of April 2024.
Improving MoxiWebsites Search Pages in Canada for Disclaimers and Disclosures

MoxiImpress Brokerage-level Reporting Enhancements
What is changing?
We’re improving the way our customers can self-serve adoption and engagement reporting. MoxiImpress will be adding new reports showing active users, materials created, guide emails sent out.
Why this matters…
Not only can you understand how well adopted your tech is, you can see which agents are using your services. This can support education or coaching efforts with lower performing agents.
Timing
We’re currently piloting these reports and testing data accuracy. If you’d like to test out this new report, let your customer success manager know.
